   Instructions
A copy of each Action Alert letter is now posted directly on the website. To copy the sample letter directly from the website to use for your own purposes:

1.  Select the text you wish to copy
2.  On the Edit toolbar choose copy
3.  Open a word document program, i.e. Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, etc.
4.  Paste the text into the word document and format as a letter.

Please remember that it is necessary to immediately register your positions on legislation. Often committee consultants begin their analysis of a bill well before the committee hearing and your input needs to be received quickly for it to be considered when developing an analysis of specific legislation.
